The objective of ATE Systems is to work with our customers to develop solutions to help them reduce their cost of manufacturing test. We do this by eliminating human error, minimizing false failures and false passes, reducing labor costs, and increasing capital equipment utilization. How long does it take to perform a calibration?
Timing depends on several factors, but ATE offers the fastest possible approach by eliminating the need to perform any manual steps, and by refreshing only a subset of the error terms as applicable.
Do you sacrifice accuracy to obtain convenience and speed during calibration?
No. To the contrary, the accuracy is actually superior to conventional techniques because it eliminates cable flexure, connector torqueing, and other similar sources of error. The accuracy you achieve should match that obtained on the engineering bench.
Are your calibration standards traceable?
Our calibration products are verified against traceable mechanical reference standards.
Can your system integrate with my robotics to form an autonomous tester?
We have done this type of thing many times using 3rd party robotics products to handle the Device Under Test.
