Thru Port Pair
A Thru Port Pair is used to identify a through path from one PNA port to another. Thru port pairs are always seperated by a colon with a port number on either side of the colon. for example:
1:2 (specifies a thru path from PNA port 1 to PNA port 2)
3:4 (specifies a thru path from PNA port 3 to PNA port 4)

ThruPortPairs = 1:2,3:4
