The local directory where files will be located that are associated with this calibration.

There is no default value, but it is not required.

All Calibrations should set this value.

The following defined calibration configuration keys use the DirectoryToUse path for read/write locations:

If a configuration key defines a full path, this value is not used. If a configuration key does not define a full path, but just a file name, this value is used.
