The valid possible values are:

  • PowerMeter
  • NoiseSource

The default value is: NoiseSource

CalRMethod is used in the following calibration:

If not specifically set to 'PowerMeter' or it is omitted the default is NoiseSource

This key corresponds with the PNA SCPI command "SENSe<ch>:NOISe:CALibration:RMEThod <string>" parameter as explained in the Keysight Documentation.
